(Access to H Block is from the back of the Car Park at the left of the Main Building.

Go through the gates and go to the left, following instructions to the back car park.
Walk to the right past the sports hall.
Walk past the ledge windows and you will see a ‘H’ on the side of the building – the entrance is to the left.)

‘Finding Peace In A Troubled World’

 

The weekly classes in April and May are based on the book ‘How To Solve Our Human Problems’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

They explain how we can find happiness in difficult situations, as well as how to we can improve our relationships with others.

They also feature guided meditations which help to relax body and mind.

Each class is self-contained and will focus on a different topic each week.

The classes are open to anyone, no previous experience is needed.
