Sunday 19th September

With Gen Pagpa

Because things go wrong in life constantly, we all need help to solve our problems – but who can we rely on?

Where can we turn to for help when suffering strikes?

On this half-day course, Gen Pagpa will explain how if we rely upon Buddha (the spiritual teacher), Dharma (his teaching) and the Sangha (the spiritual community) we can find refuge and protection from all the sufferings of life, both now and in the future.

After the course, YouTube videos of the retreat will be emailed to all those who book. These are available to watch over the following 7 days.
