‘The Path To Happiness – A Weekend Retreat’, In Person Class
‘The Path To Happiness – A Weekend Retreat’, In Person Class
£10.00 – £20.00
Saturday 5th June & Sunday 6th June
With Gen Pagpa
Open to anyone, no experience needed.
This retreat features teachings and guided meditations based on the recent International Spring Festival.
There will be a special focus on the sublime prayer called ‘Request to the Lord of all Lineages’.
This special prayer contains all of Buddha’s teachings, and it is easy to memorise and contemplate.
If we practice this prayer sincerely it will touch our heart and transform our mind into authentic wisdom, love, compassion and other spiritual realisations.
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche says, “There is no greater meaning than engaging in this practice.”
You are welcome to attend both days or just one.
£5 off if you book for both days.
There is the option for meals between the sessions, and also to stay overnight at the Meditation Centre. If you are interested, please email mail@meditateinlancs.org.uk or call (01772) 884919.
