‘The Bliss Of Concentration’, Sunday 9th May, Internet Class

£10.00

Concentration helps us to focus on a positive state of mind. It can lift us when we are feeling down, and it can help us progress towards our spiritual goals.

There are many methods to improve our concentration, both during meditation and in our everyday life.

This course explains the benefits of developing our concentration as well as helpful advice on starting and progressing a regular meditation practice.

“When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within. This feeling of contentment and well-being helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.”
