This class features teachings & guided meditations.
It is suitable for anyone, whether they are new or have some experience.
There is a different topic in the class each week.
This week, the focus is on how we can use meditation and positive thinking to reduce stress.
It is on from 10.30am – 12noon, with refreshments available before and after the class.

Lisa Newman
Class Teacher
Lisa has over 10 years experience of meditation and Buddhism, and studies on the Teacher Training Program in Preston.
She has taught regularly in Blackpool and Wigan, as well as leading the ‘Buddhism – The Basics’ and ‘Love Without Pain’ Sunday courses in Preston.
Her teachings are enthusiastic and stimulating, and the meditations she leads are relaxing and practical.
