Everyone in this world faces difficulties and problems.

No matter how rich, or popular, or successful we are, there will always be situations and people that we want to avoid, but can’t.

Since it is impossible to fulfil all our desires or to stop unwanted things happening to us, we need to find a different way of relating to frustrated desires and unwanted occurrences.

Find out more on this Sunday morning course.
