This Sunday morning course is open to anyone and provides an opportunity to practice meditation in a peaceful environment with an experienced teacher providing helpful guidance.
If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and we will experience true happiness.
If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness.

ABOUT THE CLASS
This course features teachings and guided meditations, with a break in the middle for refreshments.
There is also an optional veggie/vegan lunch at 1pm when the sessions finish.
Anyone is welcome to attend, whether you have some previous experience or none at all.
The meditation room is a comfortable and peaceful environment, with chairs and cushions provided.

Class Teacher
Gen Pagpa is an English Buddhist Monk and has been studying meditation for over 20 years.
He is an accomplished public speaker, and can explain Buddha’s teachings in a practical and interesting manner.
He has taught classes and retreats at Meditation Centres throughout the country.
