Meditation can help us to overcome inner problems such as anger and jealousy, it brings inner peace, it helps us to create positive intentions, and it can reduce our harmful intentions.

If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort and so we will experience true happiness and relaxation.

But if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy and relaxed even if we are living in the very best conditions.

This course features 4 sessions with teachings and guided meditations that make it easy for us to enjoy these benefits.

The Centre has a peaceful and beautiful meditation room which provides the perfect environment in which to relax and feel calm.

There is a veggie/vegan lunch provided in the middle of the day, as well refreshment breaks between the meditations.
