This course features teachings and guided meditations based on the ancient text called ‘The Three Principal Aspects Of The Path’.

This is one of the most popular scriptures showing the stages of the path to enlightenment.

In beautiful poetry, the verses reveal the three main parts of the spiritual path: renunciation, bodhichitta, and the wisdom realising emptiness.

Gen Pagpa will explain each of the three paths in detail, showing how we can practice them in daily life, leading to increased happiness and ultimately full enlightenment.

By doing this, we can become a Buddha, a person who is completely free from all faults and mental obstructions.

Every living being has this potential – by practising these teachings we will eventually realise this potential.
