ABOUT THE CLASS

Our own life can present us with challenges and difficulties, and looking at the news or going on social media can make us worry and feel depressed about the world situation.

While adversity and bad news can feel overwhelming, it also holds the potential for profound growth, unexpected strength, and deeper inspiration.

This Sunday morning course offers a wonderful opportunity to explore how we can transform our experiences and uncover hidden sources of courage and meaning, drawing upon the profound wisdom of Kadampa Buddhism.

Through guided meditations and practical teachings, you will learn how to:

  • Identify and connect with your inner strength and wisdom.
  • Develop resilience and a positive outlook in the face of difficulties.
  • Respond in the best possible way to problems around the world
  • Find inspiration and meaning even in the most trying times.
