This retreat is focused on the practice of lamrim, the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment

The meditations are taken from the book 'The Mirror of Dharma with Additions', which gives practical advice on how we can solve our daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance, and how to make our human life meaningful.

The author, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, is an internationally renowned meditation master and scholar.

In this book, he explains as practical instructions the complete path to enlightenment, based on his deep experience gained from a lifetime spent in meditation.

The day has 4 sessions, with an optional vegetarian/vegan lunch at 1pm.

The sessions last for 1 hour, and feature teachings, prayers, and a guided meditation.

This retreat day is open to anyone - no previous experience is needed.
