This Sunday course has 4 sessions which are one hour long.

There is a veggie/vegan lunch provided in the middle of the day, as well refreshment breaks between the meditations.

Each session has a teaching at the beginning, prayers, and a guided meditation.

The retreat day is focused on the practice of Buddha Vajrasattva.

This is a powerful practice of purification and a quick method to attain future happiness and spiritual realizations.

Each session will focus on different opponent powers – regret, reliance, the opponent force, and the power of promise.

Through applying these 4 methods, we can eventually purify all our negative emotions, delusions and actions, and attain a happy mind and a pure world.
