‘Freedom From Anger’

Anger is one of our most painful and destructive minds, and it afflicts our life almost every day.

Buddha taught special methods for overcoming our anger and to enjoy the peaceful mind of patience.

On this half day course, Gen Pagpa will explain how, by putting Buddha’s advice on patience into practice, we can achieve freedom from anger and enjoy a peaceful, anger-free life.

Class Teacher

Gen Pagpa is an English Buddhist Monk and has been studying meditation for over 20 years.

He is an accomplished public speaker, and can explain Buddha’s teachings in a practical and interesting manner.

He has taught classes and retreats at Meditation Centres throughout the country.
