Powerful Spiritual Protection
The blessings empowerment of the Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden
A Dharma Protector is an emanation of a Buddha or a Bodhisattva whose main functions are to avert the inner and outer obstacles that prevent practitioners from gaining spiritual realizations, and to arrange all the necessary conditions for their practice.
Dorje Shugden is the Dharma Protector of modern Kadampa Buddhism. He is an emanation of the wisdom Buddha Manjushri who always helps, guides and protects pure and faithful practitioners by granting blessings, increasing their wisdom, fulfilling their wishes, and bestowing success on all their spiritual activities.
By receiving the blessing empowerment of Dorje Shugden, we make a special connection with this supreme unchanging friend and come under his care and protection in this and all our future lives.

By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enable us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstances.
Gradually we develop mental equilibrium, a balanced mind that is happy all the time, rather than an unbalanced mind that oscillates between the extremes of excitement and despondency.
If we train in meditation systematically, eventually we shall be able to eradicate from our mind the delusions that are the causes of all our problems and suffering.
In this way, we shall come to experience permanent inner peace.
