ABOUT THE CLASS
This course looks at how we can deal with losing someone dear to us, such as a close friend or relative.
We will learn how to be help a person when they are at point of dying, and also what to do after they have died.
There are special prayers called ‘Transference of Consciousness’, which help a person to experience happiness after they die.
There will be an explanation of this practice, as well as an opportunity to engage in these prayers in the afternoon.
The course also examines how being aware of our own death can help us live a more fulfilling life and better help those around us.
‘We are alive, therefore we will die.
This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet very few of us have really come to terms with this fact.
This inspiring book helps us to make the most of our human life, to prepare for death and to help others who are dying.
In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, death can become a positive experience.’
