ABOUT THE CLASS
We face so many problems in our daily life, and it seems that they are increasing every year.
The cost of living, the peer pressure of social media, the stress of interpersonal relationships, our worsening health and environment – it feels like everywhere we look there are problems, and this leads to many fears about the future.
However, through practising meditation regularly, we can manage our stress and increase our experience of inner peace.
You will learn –
- What anxiety is and what are its causes.
- How we can develop inner peace that combats stress.
- How to establish a regular meditation practice
- An introduction to the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’, which is available as a free download.
WHEN IS IT
Sunday 11th June, 10am - 1pm (optional lunch at 1pm).
Chairs and cushions are provided in the meditation room.
Hot & cold drinks are available in the lounge before and after the class.

£15 - with a vegetarian and vegan lunch.

No experience is needed - this class is suitable for anyone.
Gen Pagpa is an English Buddhist Monk and has been studying meditation for over 20 years.
He is an accomplished public speaker, and can explain Buddha’s teachings in a practical and interesting manner.
He has taught classes and retreats at Meditation Centres throughout the country.
