Buddhism is an extremely rich and varied spiritual tradition, and there are many options when it comes to meditation practices.

This raises an important question – as a practising Buddhist, what should we do during our day?

How do we get the most out of our meditation practice?

How do we put Buddha’s teachings into practice, and what are our most essential thoughts, activities and rituals for a happy life?

Gen Pagpa will attempt to answer these and other questions on this course.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own questions and practical issues, as there will be a question and answer session.

Class Teacher

Gen Pagpa is an English Buddhist Monk and has been studying meditation for over 20 years.

He is an accomplished public speaker, and can explain Buddha’s teachings in a practical and interesting manner.

He has taught classes and retreats at Meditation Centres throughout the country.
