“A good heart always brings good results” – Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Cultivating kindness is at the very heart of the Buddhist spiritual path.

Buddhist master Shantideva says that all the happiness there is is in this world arises from wishing others to be happy, or, in other words, all happiness comes from cultivating a kind heart.

This course will explain Buddha’s special meditations for doing this which will improve our relationships with everyone.

Everyone welcome!
