ABOUT THE CLASS

We cannot avoid daily problems, but we can increase our capacity to recover from them quickly and deal with them more effectively.

Sometimes even small challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed and depleted.

However, Buddha gives us  practical methods that everyone can use that enable us to stay focused, centred and in control so that we can meet the difficulties we encounter without the intense and often angry reactions that usually arise.

Instead of feeling overwhelmed by our daily challenges, we can begin to meet them with a lighter, more positive, and happier state of mind.

You will learn –

  • How to use meditation to develop resilience, confidence, and mental strength
  • How to live more confidently and peacefully in the face of adversity
  • How to find inner refuge from daily struggles
