This retreat has three sessions which feature teachings, prayers and guided meditations.
You do not have to attend the whole retreat – you can come along to individual sessions if you wish.
It is open to anyone, no experience is needed.

ABOUT THE RETREAT
This guided retreat is based on the teachings given at the Fall Festival, which is being held at Kadampa Meditation Center Spain in Málaga.
Each session has a different teaching from Gen Kelsang Pagpa, combined with prayers and a guided meditation.
They will help us to deepen our practice of the Migtsema Prayer, the special mantra and request prayer to Je Tsongkhapa.
You do not have to attend the whole retreat – you can come along to individual sessions if you wish.
The last session of the day at 7.30pm will feature special prayers called 'Offering To The Spiritual Guide', rather than a guided meditation.

No experience is needed - this class is suitable for anyone.
Class Teacher
Gen Pagpa is an English Buddhist Monk and has been studying meditation for over 20 years.
He is an accomplished public speaker, and can explain Buddha’s teachings in a practical and interesting manner.
He has taught classes and retreats at Meditation Centres throughout the country.
