Vajravarahi Kadampa Meditation Centre

The practice of Buddha Amitayus is very important for everyone because we need a long life to complete our spiritual practice. If we lose this life, we lose the opportunity to enjoy a human life, practise Dharma and attain liberation and enlightenment.

We also rely on Buddha Amitayus to increase our wisdom and good fortune through which we will make our life happy and meaningful.

We can also do these prayers to help others.

Each day has 3 sessions, which are 1 hour 15 minutes long and feature prayers and some silent pauses for meditation.

The retreat is unguided, but Gen Pagpa will be available between sessions to answer questions.

You can attend as many, or as few sessions, as you wish during the day - there is no need to attend all of them.

It is free to attend.

If you would like a lunch, please contact the Centre by emailing
