‘Find Your Happy Life’


The weekly classes in the summer are based on the book ‘The New Eight Steps To Happiness’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

They explain how to meditate, give guidance on dealing with difficult people, and how to develop pure minds of love and compassion.

They feature guided meditations which help to relax body and mind.

Each class is self-contained and will focus on a different topic each week.

The classes are open to anyone, no previous experience is needed.
