‘Mental Health & Self-Care’
The weekly classes in September and October look at how we can use meditation and positive thinking to help with our mental health.
Each class is self-contained and will focus on a different topic each week, such as stress relief and dealing with fatigue.
The classes are open to anyone, no previous experience is needed.

The weekly classes in November and December look at how we can have more inner peace, happiness and meaning in our daily life.
They will be based on the book ‘Modern Buddhism – The Path Of Compassion & Wisdom’.
